The classes had went by in a flash and it was already the lunch break. Yuki, Derek and Tamiko were at their regular seat in the courtyard where they ate lunch.
It was already time for the duel, the kizo mat was filled with students who sat on their knees. The atmosphere was filled with anticipation. On the mat stood Yuki and opposite him stood Tensu.
When Yuki beat Hiroto in a fight he had made his presence known in the school. As a new student no one paid attention to him but also because he was weak, so beating Hiroto had gained the attention of others.
"Hmmm, this is my second duel but I feel a bit nervous. I wonder why?" Yuki who was feeling nervous was lost in thought. He looked around and noticed that there were lots of students watching the duel. "Maybe I feel nervous cause there are lots of people watching."
Tensu noticed Yuki talking to himself but he couldn't hear what he was saying, so he shouted. "Do you think a prayer will save you?!!."
'This guy has a lot of issues.'
Yuki thought before saying "Let's start this fight already."
"Fight!" The referee shouted before stepping of the mat.
"I'll make you beg for mercy." Tensu was talking in an arrogant tone when he noticed Yuki running towards him. "Looks like you're in a rush to d....."
Before he could finish his sentence Yuki punched him in the gut, causing him to stumble backwards.
He looked at Yuki with anger in his eyes and clutched his stomach.
"You shouldn't talk too much when fighting." Yuki said while jumping from side to side, seemingly preparing for the fight.
Tensu punched towards Yuki. But Yuki dodged the punch only to be hit by another, he fell backwards but balanced his body before he hit the ground. But he was once again by another punch and this time he fell to the ground.
Before he could even stand up Tensu tried to stomp on Yuki's chest. Yuki rolled to the side dodging the stomp and quickly got up.
'His punches are fast and have incredible power, it's amazing. I wonder what his kizo is.'
Yuki was in a mist of thoughts when Tensu yelled something.
"You must be wondering what my kizo is. Let enlighten you." He paused and looked at Yuki who had a curious look on his face. "I have a form kizo which is body enhancement." He said in a proud tone.
There were five different classes if kizo which are natural, synthetic, special, form and deformity. Tensu had a form kizo which meant he could change his body according to his kizo, since his kizo was body enhancement he could increase his speed and strength to a certain level.
"That's it?"
Yuki suddenly asked. The proud expression on Tensu's face vanished. He opened his mouth to speak. "What do you mean?"
"I thought your kizo would be more interesting, but I guess it wasn't. So let's continue."
Yuki said and waved his hand in a dismissive way.
"How dare you belittle me?!! I'll make you pay."
Tensu yelled before entering a fighting stance.
"Sonic Biceps!!!"
Tensu yelled. A person's ki worked on focus, saying or yelling the name of the skill made it more efficient.
All the muscles in Tensu's body bulged and he dashed at Yuki with speed, his speed was incredibly fast. He was too fast for his own body to even control.
Yuki simply tapped his right foot in the mat and it froze the entire mat completely. Tensu didn't notice this and attempted to punch Yuki with full power and speed.
Yuki stepped to the side dodging the punch. When Tensu noticed he missed his target he tried to stop moving forward but he couldn't because of his speed and the frozen floor.
He slid of the mat and his body forcefully rammed into a wall, and his body got deeply embedded in the wall.
The entire audience was shocked, Yuki had used simple logic to defeat Tensu.
"Yuki wins!!!"
The referee shouted. The crowd started leaving while the referee was trying to get Tensu out of the wall.
The school hours eventually came to an end. But Yuki, Derek and Tamiko didn't leave because Yuki was thinking of checking out the after school clubs.
They walked to the area of the where the clubs were located, each club had it's own room. The first club they visited was the table tennis club.
They walked into a large room with nine tennis tables placed in different parts of the room.
There were still students playing table tennis on all the tables while some waited at the side waiting for their turns.
"Boring."
Yuki uttered before proceeding to the next room. The trio stood at the entrance of the room.
This room was very similar to the kizo mat, it was the kizo fight club. There were yellow mats of different sizes placed in different parts of the room. People who we're kizo users were dueling in the mats, they were all dressed in black.
"Yuki, this is the kizo fight club, I'm a member of this club."
Derek said in a proud tone.
"Intruder!!!"
Yuki heard a female voice shout from behind him, he turned around and what appeared in his sight was a fist. It was about to hit his face when he caught it by the wrist.
Yuki looked at the person who attacked him and noticed it was a girl. She had short black hair and big black eyes, she was the same height as Tamiko and just like the others she wore a black shirt and shorts.
"Derek, you brought imposters into our club."
She said while still looking at Yuki who didn't let go of her hand.
"These are my friends and he was looking for a club to join."
Derek explained.
Yuki let go of her wrist and she squinted her eyes while looking at him. Her face shine with realisation. She opened her mouth and spoke. "You're the new kid who beat Tensu and Hiroto."
"Wait, do you just hide behind the door and punch everyone who walks in?"
Yuki asked with a judging look.
"Only when I'm bored."
She answered with a straight face.
"My name is Sora Shippo, I'm the kizo fight club captain."
Sora said with a smile and stretched out her hand.
"I'm Yuki."
Yuki proceeded to shake her hand.
He walked around the room watching people duel before heading to the exit where Derek, Tamiko and Sora stood.
"Would you like to join our club, Yuki-san?"
Sora asked.
"No."
Yuki said without any hesitation.
"Do you not find our club interesting? And you beat Tensu and Hiroto in a duel, I think it would be good for you."
She insisted.
"Hiroto and Tensu use brute force while fighting so anyone with a brain can beat them."
Yuki said.
One of the members of the club who stood close to Yuki and his group walked up to Yuki when he heard what Yuki said. He stood next to Yuki and glared at him.
"Uuuhh.... Can I help you?"
Yuki turned and asked.
"Are you trying to say we don't have brains?!!!" The member shouted.
He was well built, bald and had an enraged expression. He had lost in a duel with Hiroto and was enraged by what Yuki had said.
"Uuuuhhhh....."
Yuki didn't know how to reply as he didn't understand what was going on.
"You have alot of guts saying I don't have any brains!!!"
The enraged member shouted.
"I think you need to sort your issues."
Yuki said with a helpless expression on his face.
"You dare insult me!!!"
He yelled out again.
'What the fuck is this guy's problem?'
Yuki stared at the member in wonder.
"Let's have a duel and I will teach you respect!!!"
The member shouted.
Yuki looked at Derek, Tamiko and Sora. Derek looked at Yuki and said "If you can beat this guy with one punch, I'll buy you a bag of potato chips."
"Let's do this!!!"
Yuki shouted in a hurry. He really loved potato chips and would never refuse it.
Some minutes later, Yuki and the angry member stood on one of the mats in the club and we're about to duel each other.
All the members of the club stood around the mat, they also wanted to see who would win.
"I heard that new kid is really good at fighting."
"He can never beat one of us."
"That new kid can't beat anyone in our club."
The members of the club were talking among themselves.
"Derek, why did you make Yuki fight again? You know his body can't produce much ki, so why did you do make him fight?"
Tamiko asked in a worried tone and continued. "What if he gets beat up?"
"Like I said Yuki has been training his body and if he doesn't show off his strength he will get bullied. Yuki can't be beat by anyone in this school... except me."
Derek's face was filled with admiration and determination.
