It was middle of the night, and the room was dark too. In the dark, there stood a young lady looking down at a crown in her hands. Her eyes was fixated on to the crown even though it was dark and her lips curled up "let me redeem myself" said the young lady and then she put onto the crown. Her eyes started to glow in the dark as the crown started to shine "it's time, it's time to take every families gems...". She walked up to a mirror looking at herself and laughed "everything is going to be mine, only mine" she laughed like a maniac.
"S-Stella what are you doing?"The man walked in to see the young lady named Stella wearing the crown of their family heirloom, it contains a purple diamond which is rarest gem also the rarest colored diamond. It was once said that the one of the ancestor who was head of the family that time killed a magical dragon and the dragon's eyes was turned into a beautiful purple gem. They called it the lilac diamond which brought prosperity and luck to the family, even the family was changed into Lilac coming after the diamond's color and made a crown out of it. The family grew and became one of the biggest and richest family in the country.
The man tried to reach for Stella who was already possessed by the greed, it was so powerful that the man was thrown across the room, him hitting the wall with his back.
Stella can't be stopped now, only death can relieve her from this curse as the man took a hard decision after being thrown, he was once said about this legendary story but never believed it but now seeing his beloved getting possession of greed. He couldn't help but took out his gun and pointed at Stella, his were teared up "I'm sorry honey, I can't save you, this is the only way to save you and this family" he said to himself as Stella turned to him, just as she started to approach him, he pulled the trigger which shot a bullet through her chest. Stella stopped on her track as the bullet hit her and she went through a big shock, the glowing diamond died down becoming a normal purple diamond in the crown and her eyes became soulless in an instant. Stella dropped to ground, he run to her and caught her in time as he cried "I'm sorry dear" his tear fell onto her face as the crown slipped away from her head and she gulped, holding onto her last bit of life as she reached for his face "h-honey you did great.... please save our child" that was her last words before her last breath...
"...bert.? Robert can you hear me?" The middle aged snapped out of his thoughts and looked at his friend who was sitting right opposite to him "sorry what?" said Robert
his friend sighed "you didn't listen, did you?... stop thinking about your wife everytime we talk about the teasure"
"it's not that Charles, I just want my daughter to be well and wish that she will never become like her mother... i don't want to lose her too... to the curse" said Robert as he dropped his head facing at his hands "I couldn't save my wife... atleast i should protect my daughter from it... that's why I have to destroy it... but it will affect the family too" he continued before sighing "you don't have to destroy it Robert just hand over it to your trustworthy person or the next heir, who will marry your daughter" said Charles
Robert looked at him "the only person i can trust is my daughter and.... Alan". Charles looked at him confused "who is that Alan, that i never saw" he raised his eyebrows, the door opened to the room as a young man walked in with a file "Mr. Lilac, sorry to disturb you... i need your signature on this file, its urgent, needed to be sent to the branch manager soon" said the young man.
Robert smiled a little before taking the file from him "Charles you asked who is Alan right?.. he is Alan".
Alan didn't flinch or has any kind of expression in his face as he just nodded to Charles as a respect
Charles looked at Alan head to toe "hmmm not bad", Robert gave Alan the file back as Alan went out of the room before closing the door
"okay then i have to get going, i will meet you in the family meeting" said charles. He got up from his chair and started to walk out but was stopped by Robert's voice "wait... are you not going to meet wisteria?" asked Robert.
Charles laughed at his friend "she must be around here right, i will meet her on my way out" he said and walked out. He saw a maid walking by "go and call your young lady wisteria, if she asks who calling, tell her master sapphire calling her" said charles. The maid did as told, she went to wisteria's room.
The room was decorated as wisteria likes, this girl doesn't like the colour purple even though that's her family treasured colour. there in the corner of the room, a computer set up was made and wisteria, that girl was seated in the chair infront of the computer monitor and had headset on while she was concentrating on the screen, she was having an intense match that she was playing, yes she was playing games in the PC. Wisteria is a 21 years old girl who is going to college and now being in a semester holiday, enjoying the days with her gaming and doing what she loves.
Wisteria finished the match with ease as she got the victory, just as she took her headset off, the maid knocked and entered the room as wisteria turned to her, she smiled lightly as the maid bowed to her "ma'am, Mr sapphire wants to meet you, he asked to me bring you" said the maid.
Wisteria sighed "did he come to visit dad?", the maid nodded. Wisteria got up and started to walk out of the room as the maid also followed behind.
