When a bully sees a weak child it's only natural for the bully to keep picking on him or her but the moment the weak child decides to fight back fiercely, even if he or she loses, the bully will be far more hesitant to make a move on him or her since he would consider if the damages he will sustain by doing this is worth the act in the first place.
