Vasilis' POV
"I Vasili Dionysius accept your challenge Stephanie Willows"
As soon as the words left my lips she shifted. To think she would be anything magnificent.
Before I left for Harmonious Resonance my wolf was small and timid, light brown fur with a black patch in the shape of a half moon. After the moon goddess visited me it took a while before I had the chance to shift again. When I finally shifted it was the night of the Death games. I was afraid they would make fun of my wolf because for someone as strong as myself I had a pretty small wolf but that was not what happened.
I was the first to shift in order to start the Death games and when I shifted everyone turned silent. They all stared in awe or fear. I was puzzled until I linked my aid to ask why they were all looking at me like that and he frowned a bit asking if I was joking.
Out of annoyance I growled at them and surprised even myself. My growl had gotten deeper, louder and scarier. It sounded like it was amplified by a thousand folds. They all shivered in fear and kneeled.
"ΒΑΣΙΛΙΑΣ" {VASILIAS/King}
They all chanted at the same time. What the fuck was wrong with everyone? Why were they acting up? Or was it part of the Death games? They called the rep wolf king?
I brushed them off and started the Death games. When I went back to my cabin that night I shifted again in front of my mirror. Fuck! My wolf had changed! How the fuck is that possible? My wolf was now huge. Standing at ten feet.
My wolf's fur had changed too. It was now a deep phlox purple and looked lush and soft with a white patch on my forehead in the shape of a blazing moon with a silver dragon inside.
My eyes had changed to a light phlox purple with silver lightening bolts in place of my irises and gold flecks dotted a few places. I looked amazing!
When I just kept watching her, she shifted back. Stark naked! Ugh such a perv.
"Won't you shift?" Slutphanie…I mean Stephanie asked with a smirk. They all knew I had never trained before while I was on pack grounds. She really thought she had the upper hand because she trained while I didn't back then and also considering the fact she is a beta too. Against the old me, she would have definitely won this challenge by a landslide. Tsk!
"You don't deserve to see my wolf. You're too pathetic to lay eyes on him." I replied with a smirk and just like I predicted she lunged forward, shifting midair. She really thought this would be an easy kill for her huh?
I waited till she was close enough and simply sidestepped at the last minute and she swiped at nothing. Landing and sliding a few feet from me. She took a step back and lunged at me again. This time I didn't simply step aside. I landed a hard punch on her ribs with a loud cracking sound which caused her to slam into a tree at the forest edge, breaking it with her body and everyone asides my men gasped loudly.
Yeah. That was definitely satisfying.
I stood there with a bored expression on my face waiting for her to get back. One would think she would put up more of a fight than this. Two whole minutes later and she limped out of the forest. Taking deep slow breaths while she waited for her ribs to heal.
The old Alpha and Luna came running from the pack house. Seems like the noise disturbed them.
"What the hell is going on here? Vasili?"
"Your son's girlfriend challenged me to a death match after trying to kill me with daggers." I said with a shrug and a small smile.
"Interesting. It's been a while since the last time anything fun happened around here. Besides, I've always hated that slut. Don't end it too quickly, love." The Luna said to me with a wide smile on her face while her mate just shook his head, an amused look on his face.
"Come dear, Let's watch from the corner. Wouldn't want to distract him would we?" He asked as he pulled his mate's arm lightly.
"Heavens no. Alright, we'll leave you to it love. I hope you haven't eaten all the cookies yet?"
"Nah, there's some over there with Damian at our table."
"Alright, have fun."
Turning my attention back to the brown wolf ahead I smiled a little. I loved that couple more than myself.
She looked fine now. Yeah, she stalled out to heal. No problem there. The Luna wanted a show anyways.
She walked to me again and instead of attacking like she did the first two times, she walked around me. Maybe looking for a weak spot or an opening for a fatal hit. Tsk!
She had done that three times already and she was now in front of me.
"Come on Slutphanie. I don't have all day. I need to keep the Luna entertained."
She snarled at me, spit falling from her snout. Disgusting! She lunged again at me and I side stepped. She skidded a few feet from me and I waited for her to attack again when she made the biggest mistake of her miserable life. She lunged at the Luna!
That damn woman was looking at me with a pleased smile, relaxed like she was on the beach. Seriously? She's so crazy sometimes I swear.
Just when she was about to swipe at her neck I vanished and the next second I appeared right beside the Luna and grabbed her neck, slamming her on the ground. Hard! Creating a hole the size of her wolf's body.
Throwing the Luna a displeased look and this woman laughed! Ugh at this rate I'll be having grey hairs before I get to seventy. Not exactly grey hairs cause my hair is completely white but you get the idea.
Even if this wasn't a death match she would die anyways. Who the fuck is stupid enough to attack the Luna?
All I heard next was a low growl and a wince from the Luna. She had managed to claw her left foot and draw blood. BLOOD!! The only thing I can see now is red.
I was supposed to entertain the luna a little but I That wouldn't be possible anymore.
I landed a punch on her head and with my bare hands I severed her head from her body. Tossing her body away I looked at the shocked faces surrounding us.
"If anyone, ANYONE EVER TRY SOMETHING LIKE THIS AGAIN I WON'T JUST KILL YOU. I'LL WIPE OUT EVERY SINGLE PERSON YOU HOLD DEAR! Disrespect the Luna and you won't live long enough to apologise!" I growled at them. These mutts didn't even deserve to breathe the same air as she did.
"Calm down big boy. Look, I'm all healed up, I'm fine. I promise. Now give me a hug! Ugh right after you change clothes. I can smell her blood on you." She smiled at me and all the anger and bloodlust I was feeling vanished! Poof! Just like that. Heavens know I would gladly give my life up for this woman right here. With a snap of my fingers my clothes changed
"Tsk! Show off." She said and immediately crushed me in a hug.
"What can I say? I learnt from the best!"
