Among the mysterious world the story takes place in, the yellow school bus emerged from the depths of a dark tunnel, it's loud engine echoing through the enclosed space. The vehicle was filled with a lively group of students, their voices blending together in a symphony of laughter and chatter. They were brimming with excitement, their youthful energy palpable in the air.
Amidst the commotion, a solitary figure sat quietly at the back of the bus. With his sleek black hair and enigmatic aura, he seemed detached from the spirited atmosphere surrounding him. His gaze was fixed upon the passing scenery, his expression devoid of emotion.
December 10, 4005
5:12AM Stracia Outskirts
The winter air was biting, although it goes unfelt by him, it doesn't send shivers down the spine of him. He wore his dark hoodie without any emotion in his mind, he eyes glances outside the window,. As the bus slowly moves along the snow-covered path of the Stracia outskirts, his thoughts echoed in his mind like whispers in the wind.
"I never thought winter would be so cold..." he mused to himself, his breath forming small clouds in the frigid air despite feeling in no way cold as he slowly slipped his headphones over his ears, closing his eyes as the bus moves along the outskirts.
The wind howled relentlessly, it's gusts whipping against the yellow bus as it carried the students closer to their destination. Excited whispers filled the air, anticipation mounting with each passing moment. And there, in the distance, stood an architectural marvel that dwarfed everything in its surroundings.
As the bus approached, the students pressed their faces against the windows, their eyes widening with awe. The sheer size of the academy was breathtaking, its grandeur stretching far and wide. It seemed to reach towards the heavens themselves, a testament to the knowledge and power that resided within its walls.
Among the students, a girl with long, flowing yellow hair couldn't contain her excitement. Her face practically glued to the window, she marveled at the sight before her. Her eyes sparkled with anticipation as she absorbed every detail of the magnificent structure.
Beside her sat another girl, her hair a vibrant shade of pink, elegantly tied in a ponytail. Her eyes gleamed with a mixture of wonder and determination as she gazed upon the academy.
"Hey! It's enormous!" exclaimed the yellow-haired girl, her voice filled with genuine wonder.
The pink-haired girl beside her nodded vigorously, her eyes wide with excitement. "Woah!! It is enormous!!" she exclaimed, unable to contain her awe.
The girl with yellow hair gazed eagerly at the colossal edifice before them, anticipation filling her eyes as the vehicle they occupied gradually came to a halt, marking their arrival at their destination. However, her excitement couldn't prevent her from sneaking a glance back at the enigmatic figure with black hair, his countenance an impenetrable mask of indifference.
As the bus approached the academy and began its deceleration, the inscrutable figure rose from his seat. His approach towards the girl's location carried an air of deliberate purpose, his motion unhurried yet inexorable. The girl, caught between her intrigue and curiosity, found herself drawn to his enigmatic presence.
A sudden jolt coursed through the bus as its tire struck a small rock along the path. While not enough to tip the large vehicle, the impact was sufficient to send the girl stumbling into the unmoved, emotionless man.
"Ow!" she exclaimed in a mix of annoyance and vexation, rubbing her head as the collision temporarily blurred her vision. Looking up from her momentary haze, she found herself gazing into the unfeeling eyes of the mysterious stranger. His expression remained as stoic as ever, devoid of surprise or irritation.
"Could you get off me now? You're kinda heavy..." the man's words flowed with an emotionless cadence.
A rush of indignation coursed through the girl's thoughts, her initial shock concealed beneath a mask of surprise. Was he implying she was overweight? She promptly regained her footing and stood, while the man nonchalantly brushed the dust off his hoodie. As he sauntered away, his lack of emotion left her both baffled and concealing a burgeoning annoyance over the unintentional insult.
"Did he just call me fat?" she fumed inwardly, her astonishment now veiling her simmering irritation.
Summoning her resolve, she muttered under her breath, "Why, I ought to..." her words carrying a tinge of ire.
Yet, her friend with pink hair intervened with an interruption that momentarily redirected her focus. "Hey! We're almost there! Come on, the academy is enormous!"
Despite the pink-haired girl's enthusiasm, the memory of the encounter lingered, imprinting an enigmatic figure in her mind that was as much a puzzle as the academy's grandeur.
As they stood before the magnificent Celestial Sword Academy, their voices echoed with enthusiasm, blending into the chorus of admiration. They marveled at the sheer size and grandeur of the building, their hearts fluttering with anticipation.
The bus came to a sudden halt at the entrance of the grand academy. The students braced themselves, preparing to disembark and begin their new chapter at Celestial Sword Academy. Amidst the bustling crowd, the black-haired male at the back of the bus lifted his gaze and locked eyes with the white-haired man who had just entered.
"Salutations, everyone," Isaac began, his tone resonating with warmth and sincerity. "My name is Isaac Whiteheart, and I am honored as the headmaster to welcome you all to Celestial Sword Academy."
As Isaac Whiteheart scanned the sea of students before him, his gaze held a hint of solemnity. His eyes, framed by his glasses, seemed to pierce through the surface, as if searching for something deeper within each individual.
There was a brief pause, a moment of silence that stretched in the air, as Isaac's expression remained unyielding. The students, captivated by his presence, felt a mixture of anticipation and curiosity.
As the students disembarked from the bus, they stepped onto the grounds of the magnificent Celestial Sword Academy. The black-haired male stood still for a moment, his gaze fixed upon the colossal structure before him. His emotionless face betrayed no awe or excitement, his black eyes reflecting the stoic resolve within him.
Stepping off the bus, the girl with yellow hair found herself at the side of her apparent best friend, the girl with pink hair, who greeted her with an infectious smile and an upbeat demeanor. Although the warmth of her friend's welcome was comforting, her thoughts were still preoccupied by the enigmatic encounter with the person she had accidentally collided with earlier.
"I wonder what's up with him..." her mind pondered, curiosity flickering behind her eyes.
She couldn't help but replay the scene in her thoughts. Despite his unintentional comment, he had managed to catch her when she stumbled due to the bus hitting the rock. Her gaze involuntarily flickered towards the enigmatic boy, catching a glimpse of him amidst the crowd before quickly shifting her attention away. She brushed off the memory, deciding it wasn't worth dwelling on, and continued her approach towards the academy, her excitement about the new environment momentarily pushing the mysterious boy to the back of her mind.
Amidst the bustling crowd of students, he stood out with his silent demeanor. Oblivious to the surrounding chatter and animated expressions, he maintained his composure, his steps measured and deliberate. It was as if he carried a weight within him, a sense of purpose that transcended the ordinary.
With each step towards the academy, the black-haired male's presence seemed to emanate an air of mystery. The other students couldn't help but glance in his direction, intrigued by the enigma he represented. Yet, he remained unfazed, his focus fixed on the path ahead.
At that pivotal moment, as Light Kazuki Gray set foot inside the grand halls of Celestial Sword Academy, his journey truly began...
