I stared blankly at Silvan's face. At that moment, my body was filled with passion and desire that my mind failed to immediately process the voice that I heard.
'Did I just hear... my little brother?' I thought as I blinked at the phone on the ground.
/"Sis? Are you there?/" I heard my brother again. My eyes widened before trying to reach from the phone. However, I did not realize that I was being carried by Silvan and couldn't reach it.
Thankfully, Silvan bent down and reached for the phone before handing it to me. Then, he walked towards one of the chairs and sat down with me on his lap.
/"Eli?/" I was still confused as I answered my brother's call.
/"Sis, you finally answered!/" My eleven year old little brother exclaimed with a shaky voice. My eyes widened before worriedly asking, /"What's wrong, Eli?/"
While I was talking, Silvan started to fix my clothing for me.
