#Chapter74
I felt Cole come up behind me, he kissed my head as he carried two bags along with a fold-up picnic blanket.
/" do you like it,/" he asked me.
I watched him lay down the blanket and them pull out little Tupperware's filled to the brim of food. I was surprised that he did this much in preparation. I kneeled beside him and watched him.
/" You really went all out Cole, this is so cute/" I cooed as I reached for a plastic sandwich bag and laid out the little sandwiches that he had made.
I could just imagine Cole in his flat, preparing these maybe with a secret smile on his face as he did.
/" You deserve it, I haven't been around as much and I felt guilty,/" he said as he turned to me, he leant in a kissed my lips lightly.
I smile into the kiss. It was refreshing that Cole was doing this for us instead of the other way round. This makes me think that he was trying hard to make the most of our time before he inevitably has to leave.
