James, answer me!/" Miller was still driving, but he was being frantic, and the car was more like wobbling down the street than driving straight ahead. A few cars behind them were getting quite frustrated because they were beeping their horns at Miller. The loud horns weren’t helping with James’s headache… or the rage in his heart.
Instead of texting back and forth, James directly called the number, his mind made up to unleash his anger on her. The problem was that when the blue-haired devil answered the phone, her voice sounded so surprised it took James off-guard.
