He never thought he would have feelings for this catastrophe of a woman. Her every word and action confused him so much, it was infuriating. But oddly as it was, James forgot all about it when he was near Nyx. Just like back at the parking lot. He forgot everything he was supposed to tell her. The questions that had piled up in his head vanished in thin air.
Even now... his head was full of thoughts, but none of them was related to what he wanted to figure out about this woman. The thought of spending a bit of time with her excited him. It made him feel and act like the young boy he was in his high school days. That was the only thing occupying his head at the moment.
