Ein had a rising suspicion about the identity of the mastermind. To make sure of his guess, he had no choice but to rummage through the belongings of the two freshly made corpses.
"Hmmm," Ein hummed after a while of rummaging.
Other than their weapons, a few coins, and two rings, nothing else could be found within their belongings. Just to make sure, Ein stripped them naked, checking for tattoos anywhere on their bodies, but found nothing of the sort. They were just two men who were tasked with killing an impossible target, that's all.
"But this ring." Ein furrowed his brows as he stared at the two rings, one from each of the two. "I feel like I have seen this symbol before."
