Michelle couldn't calm down after hearing what Ein said to her.
"You actually ATE the God Fragment and lived to tell the tale?" She emphasized her surprise even more. "And you even became a demigod with just that?"
To earn the title of demigod, one would first need to complete three challenges out of the ten that they were all required to complete before becoming a god. However, as soon as Ein consumed the God Fragment, for some reason, he straight up became a demigod.
Samael, or rather, Lucifer, knew about how it was rare to reach the demigod level by just using one God Fragment, but Ein's way of using the fragment was outside of his knowledge after all. He just accepted the scene before him back then without much doubt, as there's no use in doubting something that's happening right before him.
