Synopsis
After suffering a crushing defeat in a war between Lycan and Vampires, Klaus and the rest of his clan set out to find a new location to establish a new force. With his magical powers, Klaus succeeded in eliminating VOC (The United East India Company/ Vereenigde Oostindische Compagnie) merchants, and he followed them all the way to the Dutch East Indies (now Indonesia). In the Dutch East Indies, Klaus and his entourage lived in a Dutch complex. There, Klaus meets a nobleman with his only daughter, Djiwa. But Djiwa hates foreign nations. Djiwa took up arms to fight for the independence of his nation, but unfortunately, Djiwa died. Djiwa's death made Klaus, who promised to cover up his identity, go berserk and destroy many people. He suffered a broken heart, especially before dying. Djiwa had said that she also fell in love with Klaus, but she was more concerned with the interests of her people. 413 years later Aruna gets a strange dream; she seems to get flashes of the past about a woman named Djiwa and the man she loves named Klaus. One day, she accidentally meets a strange man who looks like the man in her dream. "I finally found you," the strange man said to Aruna, and according to the man, Aruna was the reincarnation of the woman he loved, Djiwa. After 400-plus years, Djiwa came back to see him, and he didn't want to let Djiwa go again. But for Aruna, the man who claims to be named Klaus is a lunatic because she does not believe in reincarnation, although her dreams continue to appear. Although she saw Klaus every time, Aruna felt a sense of longing that she couldn't explain.

Chapter 1 - PROLOG

1602th

Merchant ships from the VOC (Verenigde Oost indische Compagnie) eventually docked at the port of Sunda Kelapa1 after months of ships sailing from Europe until finally arriving on the island of Java. Dutch merchants disembarked from the ships, as did Klaus and his hundred-plus followers.

As soon as they set foot on the land of Java, they saw that the port was so crowded. In addition to the ships of the VOC docked, there were also Portuguese-flagged, English-flagged, Spanish-flagged, Chinese, Indian, and Arab flags. In this port, they exchanged various trade commodities, such as spices that grew richly in this country, such as pepper, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and others.

"Klaus, are you sure we will live in this kind of place?" Lynn asked in doubt, her eyes looking towards dozens of locals who had the same skin color, height, and facial features as them from any side.

"Yes, Lynn!" replied Klaus shortly.

Lynn, like the rest of Klaus' followers, laughed at Klaus' remarks, which sounded ridiculous.

"Even one day, I can't possibly afford to live in this place!" Lucien cursed, and he looked at the indigenous people with a condescending look.

"Shut your mouth, Lucien! You think we'll find somewhere else besides this place?" asked Klaus, holding back his anger. "The people here don't recognize us as werewolves. We're going to be safe here. But if you guys won't follow me, please leave. I'm happy to let you leave this place."

Lucien lowered his head unwillingly. He was not sure he could live in an unfamiliar place like this.

"Lucien," Klaus said, speaking with the teenage boy in a much softer voice. "I don't want to keep you away from our house." But if we continue to be there, we will all be wiped out because of our war with the vampire nation. I want to save the remains of Viltarin and his followers. But if you still want us to go back, I'll work on it."

Lucien was pensive for a while; he shook his head weakly. "No Clause. "I will try to like this place and follow all the orders of his majesty Klaus," he said after a while.

Lucien's words were followed by Deimos, Dreyden, Lynn, Basilius, and all his followers.
