When Liang Xun returned home, Jing Yao moved a small stool and sat outside the kitchen, chatting with Auntie Li, who was cleaning up the mess.
Auntie Li said something funny, so Jing Yao smiled.
Seeing Liang Xun return, she looked at him with a smile and said, "You sent them out of the premises?"
Liang Xun shook his head and walked to Jing Yao's side. He suddenly bent down and picked her up.
Jing Yao exclaimed and hurriedly reached out to hold the back of his neck. Her entire body was pressed against Liang Xun's chest, as if she was afraid that Liang Xun would drop her. "Liang Xun, don't carry me like this all the time. What if I fall? It's fine if I fall, but what if you drop the baby?"
Liang Xun carried her to the bedroom and smiled. "Don't worry, I won't drop my babies."
