Synopsis

Prologue

Just another day, huh? Same old routine, getting duller by the second. But hey, it's not the worst. Should I go for a stroll in the park? Or maybe hit the campus with you guys? Free period's the perfect excuse to just wander aimlessly.

(Thinking) Living a normal life in college—it's not exactly something people admire. Everyone's out here chasing their dreams, trying to stand out. Me? Nah, that's not my style. I don't see the point in pushing myself to the brink. I do just enough to scrape by—enough to avoid attention. You could say I'm a master at dodging responsibility.

A Sudden Silence

(Suddenly, an eerie silence falls over the campus.)

Why is it so quiet all of a sudden? My college is never like this. If there's one thing you can count on, it's noise—students chatting, music blaring, the hum of life. But now? The coffee shop's empty. That's... strange. Very strange.

(Walking toward the classroom, a chill runs down my spine.)

Oh, so this is where everyone is. Another assembly? Ugh, I've never been a fan. You guys go ahead. I'll catch up—nature calls.

An Ominous Feeling

(Heads to the washroom, splashes water on my face, and stares at my reflection for a moment before stepping out.)

Why do I feel so off? It's like… someone's watching me. No, that's ridiculous. I've got to stop reading those creepy novels. They're messing with my head. Time to head to the auditorium. Can't risk getting marked absent. Attendance is a sacred ritual in college, after all.

(As I step out into the open, my eyes are drawn upward.)

The Watchers

What the…? On top of the building, a group of people in white robes is standing there, watching. No, glaring. They're like statues, motionless but heavy with intent. Who are they? What are they doing here?

This is supposed to be a "normal" college. But this? This is anything but normal.

(Unseen to the protagonist, the robed figures exchange a glance, as if silently deciding his fate.)

Can I really keep living my simple, unremarkable life? Or is this the start of something... extraordinary?
