"Hey, why did you do that, said Leo who was annoyed at Jacky for ignoring him."
All his comments fell on deaf ear as Jacky ignored him and walked straight ahead.
"See, I don't know what's wrong with you but training has begin," said Leo. they were out of the school building but inside the compound. they were heading to basketball ball training pitch.
"Yeah, I know.... Jacky was quiet until he finally looked at Leo. what were you doing with her"
Leo smirked when he heard the question he has been waiting for. "she fell so I helped her."
Jacky didn't response when they reached the pitch. The coach was communicating with other players until the coach noticed them.
He ran to them and decided to strech his hand to Jacky who didn't accept it.
He became awkward and knew it was hopeless and retreated his hand and hit them together.
he smiled warmly but to Jacky that smile was the opposite of warm.
The coach led the way for them. he made them sit personally but a chair was empty which made him notice Zack was missing.
"Where's Zack"
"here" A panting Zack ran to the pitch and holding his ankle still panting.

Courtney ran downstairs to go to the pitch. her last class was there which she didn't like "history". She was at the terrace almost too the stairs when her phone rang. it was quite loud which puzzled her.
She hesitated to answer but the call continued which she answered. she saw the caller was her mom and was happy to talk to her and sad for ignoring her other calls.
Mom?
"Courtney, am so sorry for calling you now, I couldn't because we were having a lot of power outage lately"
"I realize that, why did you call mom"
"is it wrong to call". Pile was sounding upset and Courtney had to change the topic.
"no, school here is great and I miss you"
Courtney knew that's what Pile wanted to hear and that made her smile mischievously.
"That's what I want to hear"
"I know but mom if you continue talking I will be late"
Where..... she heard Courtney groan and quickly spoke. ok, I love....
Courtney felt her phone been hit by something or someone behind her. Courtney phone fell down immediately.
She turned to look at who caused it and with her suspicion she was right.
She saw Oliva standing straight with folded hands on her chest and smiling.
She felt like raising her hand and slapping her but kept her cool because she remembered her phone telling her to always calm down and forgive.
She would have forgiven like the other things Olivia did to her but she was talking to her mom. she couldn't let it slide.
Courtney sounded angry but calm"why did you do that"
"What's wrong" Oliva smiled more like she didn't feel pain.
"I was talking to my mom and you did that" she pointed to her phone on the floor.
"I don't care, if you will miss your mom why did you come here....oh am so stupid. she released her hand and fidgeted her fingers.
She continued. because you knew Jacky attend here and want to seek his attention but..... she streched her middle finger to Courtney who was amazed.
"you will never win because I am better than you and don't even think of coming close to him. you know you are a whore because you jump to different guys. your life is so pathetic"
Courtney anger rose even more without her permission and blurted out to Oliva. " I don't know why you are rude maybe it's because you never had a mom. if you had one you will be more nicer"
"You lived your life without the love of a mom but I did. as long as I have my mom and her teaching you can't kick me out". Courtney pointed her hand to the baffled Oliva.
Courtney breathed in and out and picked her phone. she didn't bother to check the damage because she couldn't hear Oliva taunting anymore.
Oliva was quiet and a small whimper came out of her mom.
Courtney arrived at the pitch and saw the coach speaking to the team as some moved to a particular team.
Courtney walked slowly to where she was to stand but her sandal made a noise which alerted the coach. infact the all team
They saw her stopped in a track. She turned slowly when she heard the coach voice " who are you"
I am the water delivery she looked ahead of him and saw Jacky. she didn't flinch as before because she had other problems.
"Ok, but if you late again just know you will be fired, now go get out!
She walked quickly to her spot and after minutes later the pitch was filled with so many audience.
She could hear them shout Jacky, Zack and Leo but Jacky name was more loudly.
She watched as they played. Jacky scored this time. Everyone screamed more and more as he scored each time. after then Zack. they also screamed for they idol.
She kept on looking at Jacky whose hair was rumbled. he wasn't that sweaty even if he played more but he was so hot.
Courtney kept looking at him and blushing. she stopped her activities when he looked at her and she panicked and looked away but sometimes at him.
soon after, the whistle was blown. she knew the match has ended and her time for work has begin.
The players stood in line and she opened the bottle water and gave to them. she gave to Zack who smiled at her and looked at the audience and smiled more. she didn't bother to look at who he was smiling.
She also gave water to Leo who smiled and nodded. She gave them all except Jacky. she didn't see him but couldn't ask where he was.
The audience left quickly because the players left and the pitch was empty. she didn't see Lily and thought maybe she didn't come to watch the match.
She was at the pitch and carried the basketball. she tried throwing it into the net but failed. she tried again and failed.
She sighed in defect and tried for the last time..the ball flew past her. she turned and saw the ball under the foot of..... Jacky
She gulped and stood still. she looked at him and so did he. she then heard his deep cold voice
"having trouble playing ?
She nodded slightly which was hardly noticed. he smirked seeing her shyness. he didn't know what was in her but he loved to be close to her.
"what if I teach you"
She was puzzled at his question. she didn't know if to say no or not. she wanted to reply with a no but she didn't know how she reply with a yes.
he smiled at her response and moved close to her. He turned her that he back was on his chest.
Courtney could feel his warm chest at her back and hot breath on her face. his face was on her shoulder and he gave her the ball holding it also.
She raised her hand up to the net. she turned to look at him and she could see his black eyes. she loved seeing them and couldn't stop staring.
"focus" he said which made brought her back to reality.
He supported her in throwing the ball and it entered the net. she smiled seeing her effort.
he left her and she turned to him. He asked her"mind trying yourself"
she nodded and did as he helped her and she got it.
She started jumping with joy but when she remembered who was with her and she stopped.
She looked at him and saw him with folded hands looking at her. she became awkward and looked down.
She could feel him still looking at her and didn't feel the courage to look at him.
Everytime she is with him her legs feels weak in front of him. she tried staring but couldn't. she then heard the courage to look at him when she heard his next question.
"what will you do after this"

He became angry which was unnoticed . she became terrified and it grew when he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her to him
"Why do you refuse me everytime"
she looked at him and was terrified to see his angry face and knew what to do

he could sense her fear and left her. he regretted what he did but was happy she agreed.
