" Gold"
Night called out surprised by how freezing cold he was.
Immediately he fall on to her embrace and she held him for support.
Damn! he was too heavy for her, she was so regretting coming outside to make sense into him.
But if he died outside her house and with their ongoing case she might get implicated and the last thing she wants right now is having her name tainted.
She had worked very hard to be where she was today and for any price she was not ready to lose it.
Dragging him inside her apartment Night helped him settle down on the only available small couch and increased the warmth of the room.
" What's wrong with you....why would you do that" Night complained as she looked at not very okay Gold who seem hardly able to respond.
Looking at his wet clothes, she contemplated whether to remove them or not and decided to do it.
She held his shirt buttons and started undoing them hastily while he watches but was too cold.
After his shirt she went ahead to his belt unbuckle it swiftly but when it came to his pants she hesitate instead she covered him with a blanket then blind remove it.
It was difficult but she had him help her luckily he could move a bit.
She had tried to call his doctor but didn't answer the call since he was mad at him and probably having fun.
And Night was using her phone worse the man despised her.
Damn Zach! She thought and turn to look at now shivering Gold she couldn't possibly take him to the hospital now and she was really not into drenching herself.
Looking at his uncomfortable position on the couch she went to help him get better resting on the bed.
She sighed and moved to help Gold who was wrapped in blanket.
" Come let's go" she announced as she couldn't possibly carry him unless he assist it.
If she had not seen him in the rain she would think he was acting up, Gold was too militant and seem like nothing could trouble him, here he was shivering.
Reaching the small but comfortable bed Night helped to cover him up completely with heavy duvet and make sure the temperature was high enough.
After that she went to change her clothes as they were now wet though she carried an umbrella it was useless since she had to help him.
Thinking about his irresponsible behavior she was sure to scold him once he feels better.
Taking out her usual silk short pajamas Night got ready for her good night sleep thinking about her invaded bed she gritted her teeth.
So instead she took another blanket and went to sleep on the small couch it was very uncomfortable but she wasn't going to share a bed with him.
With the rain and thunders still making loud sound the two slept each on respective place until late at night.
Night couldn't sleep well due to the small space on the couch but the moment she opened her eyes she heard soft groans and cry like sounds from the side of her bed.
Curious she moved to see what was going on, her steps slow and counted until she reached there.
It was Gold he was groaning and murmuring in his sleep so she thought he was uncomfortable.
Or was running a fever so she moved the duvet a little bit and checked his temperature with her thermo.
His temperature was not that high just point slight increase, he must be dreaming she thought.
In attempt to cover him back her hand got caught by deep sleeping Gold.
" Ah" Night land on his chest as the result of the force.
" Don't leave me..... please" now that she was close to his mouth she could hear what he was murmuring about.
His hold was so strong that she couldn't break free.
Like the rope in the well or the helping hand to a drowning man his hold so strong and firm.
He then hug her tightly the moment she fell on him
" Gold you!" Night complained as he hug her tightly to her annoyance.
Bad news he wasn't wearing anything and all it was worse hugging him in that state.
Looks like she couldn't get out of his strong hold .
Sigh.
Time passed and he eventually fall asleep with her as his teddy bear letting out relief sigh.
But she was not comfortable at all seeing him sleeping she wanted to free herself but it was all useless despite so his hold was the same.
Giving in Night end up sleeping on his arms for all she could remember.

It was early in the morning.
Though the rain had stopped but it was still foggy and cold outside.
Being in his arms brought warmth and something else she couldn't tell until she flew her eyes open in shock.
His eyes bloodshot and veins bulging dangerously.
The sight she never thought to encounter yet she did, Gold seem not himself at all
