Chapter Four
At the nurses' station, Dr. Anastasia makes an introduction. Dr. Anastasia interrupts the nurses as they introduce themselves and responds that she only needs to know their positions and not their names. The head nurse labels her the "queen of jerks" as she leaves. Her impolite specialty is rubbing people the wrong way. For the new director's speech, the hospital staff gathered in an auditorium. Dr. William captivates everyone with his confident style and exudes charisma. He compliments the Chairman for his generous project, which will soon open a ward for the poor. Dr. Anastasia is behind schedule. She is physically affected as she approaches the auditorium. She is sleepy and has blurry vision. She comes to her senses. She is even more disoriented inside. Director William makes a friendly phone call to Dr. Anastasia at the conclusion of the inauguration. There is a problem; This man throws Dr. Anastasia off. There is open conversation on another patient case. Chief William burns through no time in setting things up. An elderly patient needs surgery right away, and it needs to be done quickly and with as little blood loss as possible. Dr. William emphasises that Dr. Anastasia is the best candidate for the position. Dr. Lima raises objections, but Dr. Anastasia prevails once more and agrees coolly. She glances at her watch and says she'll be right back as she dashes to her lab, despite the fact that the preparation begins immediately. Before Dr. Anastasia arrives, an unidentified individual enters the laboratory, switches the pill box, and opens the safe. Dr. Anastasia takes her medication without realising it and gets a call saying that the surgery is ready for her. She quickly, however, verifies whether her ID grants her access to the database. Denied access You don't have permission. In the observation gallery, Dr. William has the best seat in the house. Beginning of the emergency surgery He sways at the sight of blood as Dr. Anastasia makes the cut. She regains her composure and moves on, but she is overcome by intense sensations and gives up using the scalpel. She turns away, shaken. Her eyes become gold, and claws pierce her gloves. Dr. William is paying close attention from the gallery above.
It's clear that Uncle Chairman (Mr. David) cares a lot about his nephew, Dr. Lima, but he also keeps things in check. Is there more to that than meets the eye behind it?
It is not clear how much of a connection Dr. William and Chairman David had. Are they coworkers who have monitored one another's accomplishments in the medical field? Does Chairman David have any information regarding Dr. William's dark side? I was shocked when Chairman David referred to the cool connection between Dr. William and Dr. Anastasia which makes me wonder when and where their ways crossed previously.
What role does the free clinic play in advancing the narrative?
I adore humdinger! Anastasia is referred to as Master and Charlotte as Father. Humdinger makes certain to bring a lot of particular minutes and supplement foot in mouth remarks to keep things bouncing.
I am Luv humdinger's maker, Charlotte. How far back in Anastasia's story does he go? What keeps her involved and why is she so interested in contributing? Is it true or not that she is the main human who knows Anastasia's werewolf character? It is like having your best friend be you because humdinger is modelled after Charlotte's personality and speech patterns (and two Charlottes is very beautiful).
Mia is an attentive resident. We do not yet know if she knows anyone or is connected to anyone. She was picked at random and could not have been planned in advance by Dr. Anastasia.
Because Lima is such an unpleasant medical prince, I have little interest in him! Instead of using nepotism, which makes everything he does look like it is based on his privilege, I would prefer to see him portrayed as an equal surgeon to Dr. Anastasia. Ava's acting has been criticised, and I agree that it is painful. But, hey, Director William is a doctor, so he wouldn't know how evil and far-reaching his powers are anyway.
Due to the effects of full werewolf on her, Dr. Anastasia must leave during the operation. She grabs the pill box while frantically opening the lab's safe. She fumbles for the old pills in her jacket and takes one, recalling that Charlotte had given her the new, improved pills that morning. She is able to quickly return to the operating room, where she apologises and explains that she had a stomach ache. Dr. Lima and Director William pay close, even suspicious, attention to her. The old pill kicks in, and Dr. Anastasia finishes the surgery in record time despite fighting the flashback to the deer from her youth. She is shaken after that, and she calls Charlotte, who reassures her that the new pills were accurate and that something is wrong.
In the hallway, Dr. Lima and Dr. Anastasia engage in yet another headbutt. He tells her that he has ordered a physical and psychological evaluation of her because he thinks the surgery episode was caused by a panic disorder. She doesn't care and, true to her character, insults him.
Dr. Lima discusses Dr. Anastasia's impossibly rude demeanour with Uncle Chairman (David). As if he could speak.) He is gently reminded by his uncle that he will one day lead the hospital and must learn how to interact with others. The Assistant Director meets with Director William down the hall to review two items for his consideration: the request for access to the database and the order for Dr. Anastasia's medical review.
Charlotte examines the pills quickly and thoroughly. They have been switched. That is already awful. Yet, it suggests that somebody knows a reasonable setup about Anastasia: what her identity is, where she is, the code to the lab and safety, and that she is taking the pills for werewolf control. Anastasia mentions the high frequency wave she felt when Charlotte inquired about anyone suspicious, but there was no infected person nearby. Anastasia will now carry the pills with her at all times. Humdinger may have some useful information to share, but he backs away when Anastasia threatens to unplug him.
Dr. William, werewolf It's time to find out where Dr. William is. Well, this is a dark scene. Dr. William walks into a Frankenstein lab with a strapped werewolf victim in the making. Shudder. He advises the lady in control to close it down, tomorrow they will be in the medical clinic. A gory scene with the victim struggling and the lab thugs wrestling him to the ground ensues. We can only guess what will happen to him. William is about to use all of the hospital's resources and advance his sinister drug research and development to a higher level under the guise of hospital director.
Dr. Lima and a friend are drinking badly at the bar. He laments the indiscreet Dr. Anastasia, who has gotten into his head like nobody's business. At the point when two or three people deal to purchase drinks, his grating character and harmful words work like anti-agents, and to his companion's shame and disappointment, the folks leave.
Dr. Anastasia makes a stop at the hospital security to check the CCTV for footage of the door lock security breach and the intruder from yesterday. She is informed that something went wrong and asked if there was a specific issue. It appears that the large guard should be watched. At the point when Dr. Anastasia shows up at her lab, she finds somebody tinkering with the lock and oddities out. The individual claims security sent him to investigate, but Dr. Anastasia is furious and sends him away.
Doctors are discussing yesterday's surgical error in the hospital lounge. What if the patient had lost consciousness? What did Dr. Anastasia's psychopathy look like? She didn't even offer an apology. Dr. Anastasia interrupts the conversation and yells at them for taking tea time instead of visiting the patients. She doesn't mind not being a part of the group.
Dr. Anastasia has been located by a patient who has been to several other hospitals and been given no hope. Dr. Anastasia is straightforward during the consultation, recommending against hospitalisation because there is no cure. At the point when the spouse begs her, and the husband requests only a half year more, she yields to conceding him for additional tests. Dr. Lima overhears the wife ranting about how cold and impolite she was to her husband out in the hallway.
The Free Clinic is in the process of being prepared. Uncle Chairman is briefed by the Assistant Director! (Stella) on the advancements. For the opening tomorrow, fifty patients have been chosen.
The Assistant Director responds when she inquires about the drug research team that Dr. William himself selected them and has not provided any information regarding them. She asks about that, and Uncle Chairman tells her to forget about it. Uncle Chairman suddenly flinches in pain but dismisses it as muscular strain.
