Nana's confession made Mu Yang's heart fluttered. He didn't know when was the last time he felt joy when he heard that someone wanted to sleep with him. He should feel disgusted. He should feel humiliated. But, for whatever strange reason inside his head, he didn't feel any distaste with her confession.
Was she joking? He didn't think so.
Her confession sounded straight forward, but he could detect a hint of nervousness inside. Instead of feeling disgusted, his heart leapt with happiness but he managed to restrain his own expression. Then, another matter rose. After hearing her words, he could feel his senses heightened. He suddenly felt conscious with her presence. He had never thought that he could feel this way towards someone he barely knew. He had one night stand before but he didn't feel the thumping in his chest like he was experiencing right now.
"Do you believe me if I say that I am one of your fans that has 'that' kind of thought? I even came all the way here from Country P, disregarding the scenery here and heading right to the Capital City only to try my luck in meeting you? Of course, I wouldn't be so bold to tell you right away to sleep with me, and it was only my wishful thinking, but here I am, sitting and talking to you, exposing my dirty thought about you when in reality, I don't even know whether I am brave enough to do that."
Nana calmly explained herself and the more Mu Yang listened to her, the more his heart fluttered wildly. Normally, whenever Mu Yang heard a fan wanted to sleep with him, he would feel embarrassed and sometimes a bit disgusted, but this time was a different matter. Maybe because Nana said it without lust in her eyes, or maybe because she didn't feel shy at all as if they were just talking about something entirely different. However, instead of feeling repulsive because of her confession, he felt oddly attracted to her.
Nana confessed that she wanted to meet with him, and she had the thought to sleep with him. But, she said she wasn't brave enough to do that. Why so?
"Why are you scared?" That was not the point, but he felt like he needed to ask.
Nana chuckled as she looked straight into him. Meeting her sparkling eyes, Mu Yang felt like she could really see through him.
"One, I don't know the real you. What if you're a pervert? What if you agreed to my ridiculous request and slept with me for real? What if you record it? Which was why I asked you to meet me in the place that I have chosen, instead of following you."
"I'm not a pervert!" Mu Yang's expression darkened as he looked at her dangerously.
The girl smiled, didn't feel intimidated at all. "Of course, if anything happened to the recording, the one who would be affected the most was you. I can always seclude myself in a village if something wrong happens. But, you…it will be the end of your career. But, I still want to take precautions. After all, I can only trust myself where ever I go."
Mu Yang was stunned. Her words sounded so honest and he was supposed to feel annoyed by it, but somehow he was touched with the way she described her future actions. She sounded like she had trust issues, but who wouldn't? He would usually find it hard to believe when someone doubted him, but facing this brave yet insecure girl, he found that her reason was reasonable.
"What if you're the one who put a recording or camera somewhere in this place?" He looked around.
"I don't even like to take a selfie, why should I record myself? Mirror is enough for me if I want to see myself, I don't need to see it in a video as well. The hotel I'm staying in is also safe. I check it every day in every corner I can think of. This level of paranoia makes me suffer but better safe than sorry." She chuckled as she looked straight at his eyes, making sure that he believed her every word.
She was telling him the truth and Mu Yang knew it. But, he was skeptical whether she really disliked taking a selfie or not.
"You can check my phone if you want." Again, she sounded like she could hear his thought. At this point, Mu Yang didn't care anymore. Nana unlocked her phone and put it on the table. She even pushed it lightly towards him.
Mu Yang didn't feel the need to really check her phone, but he was curious. He took it and found her gallery. When he opened it, it was like what she really said. He couldn't even find his pictures anywhere, which was bizarre. Even her wallpaper was a plain one. Shouldn't fangirls put their idols as their wallpaper?
"Why can't I find any of my pictures here?" He asked.
"I can see your face in the movie, in the Douyin, in your Instagram, on the internet. I don't see any need to save it on my phone. After all, what I see is what other people also see. If I want it, I can always search for it." She shrugged her shoulders. "If you take one now, then I will keep it. After all, it is exclusively for me." She teased him.
Mu Yang slid open her camera and posed for her without giving a second thought. He took several pictures in one go with various poses. He even made one that he thought as the best to be her wallpaper and lock screen. Only after he was done with her phone then he gave it back to the owner, of course, with a pleased smile on his face.
He caught her looking at him with widened eyes, as if feeling disbelief with what he was doing. Her eyes got even wider when she saw her lock screen and wallpaper. Those were really pictures exclusively for her! Even he didn't have a copy of those!
