500 years ago, earth experienced a meteor shower but this wasn't a regular one, each 'meteor' was one of six colors: white, red, blue, yellow, green and ethereal white, each of these upon entering earth's atmosphere exploded, turning into pure energy which the planet itself absorbed and replicated, it was a global change.

For the first few years, humans with abominable qualities appeared, some healing like they were never injured, others suddenly combusting or freezing, the human race was scared but after centuries of fear they discovered that the anomalies were found to stop, not only that but humans could now affect their environment with the refillable energy they were born with, this energy was then named Mana.

All was good with the world, after all, humans could do what was previously considered impossible by just saying a few words, that was until a 100 years ago when a terrorist group known as 'Righteous Demons' came into existence, they believed that the gift of mana was from the underworld rather than a gift from above, they relentlessly attacked anyone who dared to say mana was a holy gift and had already concocted a plan to prove that they were right but they first had to gather all the required resources and materials from all over the world and after 89 years, they succeeded, or so they thought.

11 years ago(Justins/ leader of Righteous Demons POV)

"Righteous Demons, we have successfully managed to complete what my grandfather started, we have successfully acquired all six mana crystals." I yelled at the top of my lungs as a deep, warm feeling enveloped me because the preparations were almost complete, "What are mana crystals?" one of our new recruits asked and I decided to answer,"You see, when the meteor shower descended upon earth, they all turned into mana, all but six, one for each element, each element moved around the world looking for a place that suited their nature. The fire was found in a volcano, earth in a mountain, air in a tornado, lightning in an ever going thunderstorm, healing in a spring of youth and water in the sea. You see when all crystals are unified, they form the tiniest piece of mana from the underworld which in turn will summon up a bigger sum which we will fill in our lab rat" I told him as I placed the mana crystals in their places on the formation drawn on the ground.

A few minutes later my girlfriend, Christine, walked in,"Place the baby in the smaller circle" I said as it became quite obvious she was holding one,"You didn't tell me we were using a baby" the new recruit said as he was clearly questioning if he should be here,"Don't worry, the mother wanted him dead so we took him, if he dies, the mom gets what she wants BUT if he lives, he well, lives" I said as I tapped his back reassuringly. Christine placed the baby in its position, the crystals were in place, it was time for the ritual.

And this is where things went wrong.
