Jack charged at the villain and everybody expected a good fight. The villain simply said, "MAJESTIC THUNDER BULLET!!!".
A bright light flashed and after the light dimmed, what they saw next was terrifying. Jack was lying on the ground, shot dead.
Jack woke up in a vast fertile jungle, Immortality said, "Hi, I know you must be angry that I allowed you to die but it was for your good. I have important information for you".
"What is it?", asked Jack.
"There is something called the Shop System. In the Shop System, you can buy techniques, upgrade your body stats and buy weapons. In the Shop System, you don't use coins, you use things called IP (Immortality Points). You might ask where am I? well you are in a place called the World of Souls, this is where every living thing goes to when they die", said Immortality with a cunning grin.
Jack asked, "Then show me your so-called Shop System?".
Immortality replied, "You have quite the attitude, don't worry I'll just log you in, and... we're done".
Jack teleported to a light blue room and in front of him was a light blue screen, it said:

Immortality said, "You might ask how you get Immortality Points. You get IP by destroying anything in the World of Souls. Be it, humans, beasts, animals, or shadows. You will get IP from slaying them. I just want to give you a bit more information on the World of Souls. You see the World of Souls has seven layers and each layer has a leader. Each layer is practically an endless dimension. The names of the layers are Tanzanite, Opal, Musgravite, Emerald, Ruby, Diamond and the last one is Beryl. The leaders are namely Tsuyo-sa (strength), Kibin (agility), Maindo (mind), Shizen (nature), Bokun (tyrant), Genki(stamina), and the last one which is the strongest of them all, Immortality. Yes, I know you must be shocked that I own a layer of the World of Souls. Hey, let me tell you a little secret I had a body before but it wasn't alive, guess what my body was... the World of Souls!!! ".
Jack asked, "Then why do you own only one layer, now?".
Immortality replied, "Guess?".
"Did they team up and overthrow you?", asked Jack.
"Nah, even if the World of Souls went against me together with all its people including the leaders of the layers. They still won't be able to defeat me... it will be a long fight and I'll probably get injured but at the end of the battle, I'll be the last man standing", answered Immortality with an enchanting grin.
"Did you decide to give those people as a reward?", asked Jack.
"Yes, you got it correct. Those leaders did a good amount of things in their lifetime, so I gifted them with a layer after they died", answered Immortality.
"Ahh... now I get it. So do you have any other things you want to tell me?", asked Jack hurriedly.
"Yes, I have to tell you a few rules you have to abide by even if you're my body", answered Immortality.
Jack said, "Go ahead".
Immortality smiled and replied, "Ok, so don't kill anyone for no certain reason. If someone attacks you and is intending to kill you I give you all rights to slaughter that person. If someone asks you to save them, please be careful this is for your own good because I know a lot of tricksters. You are in Beryl, which is my layer. So please be careful about what you say about me because they look at me like a god. So that they don't blame you for treason or blasphemy. Another thing I have to tell you is that when inhabitants(not beasts or animals) die in the World of Souls, they have a 50% chance of dying for eternity and a 50% chance of getting reincarnated into another body but they will forget their memory of being in the World of Souls. I decide when I want you to go away from the World of Souls, so please don't argue with me if you know what's best for you. You might be afraid that you will lose track of time but don't worry a day on earth is a hundred years in the World of Souls. If you want to call me just say this secret summoning word called 'ZESPHARA', that is not my real name. I have thousands of names but that is the name I want you to use to summon me. Do not give in to any insults the natives of Beryl say to you, just remember to calm down. I don't want you to kill too many people. If anyone swears on my name and doesn't do what he/she said he will do, please help me kill the person and I'll triple the IP you get from him/her".
"Please will you start giving me tasks and weird missions I can do... please", said Jack.
Immortality laughed and replied, "When I think you're ready, I'll do that".
Jack said, "Thank you"
