It wasn't hard to figure this machine out. The big buttons labeled "Start" and "Stop" were pretty self-explanatory. I turned it on and found the speed adjustment. I started out walking, bumping the speed up gradually until I felt loose and limber. I punched it up some more and started to run. The treadmill faced toward the wall of glass. The forest stretched out in front of me, but the glass reflected an image of me running on the treadmill. The wolf snarled. It was nothing but a glass cage and we were trapped inside. She wanted to run in the forest, where she was free and no one told her what to do.
