The third day of the assault on Valachia dawned, but by nightfall, the tide had turned in an unexpected and devastating manner.
Blood Elves, forced inland from the seas, swarmed the gates in increasing numbers, their relentless assault pounding against the city's defenses. The once unbreakable Valachian forces now struggled to defend their walls and gates simultaneously.
Elashor Sarkian, the Blood Elf King, had bided his time. For two days, he held back, watching and evaluating Valachia's defenses. Now, as the third day stretched, he made his move.
"Have you collected them all?" Elashor asked.
"Yes, Your Majesty! We've retrieved every body we could from the Tepes forces." One of his men gestured to a gruesome pile of corpses.
Elashor's lips twisted into a smirk. "Excellent."
