Chapter 49 - 73

The user can manipulate perception, which is the brain's processing of sensory information to organize and interpret it. Forms of sensory information include visual (sight), haptic (touch), temporal (time) information. By manipulating perception, various effects can be achieved. An illusion, for example, is producible using this ability and so is the removal of perception itself.
