"Boss, should we drop anchor here?" Elijah Hastings poked his head out from the cockpit and asked.
"Let's just wait and see for now." The yacht's engine had stopped working, and Sean Knight hadn't sensed the presence of the ocean, so whether they dropped anchor or not didn't make much of a difference. He planned to observe a little longer.
"Boss, there's a boat coming!" At that moment, Douglas Cooper, who was on top of the yacht, shouted while holding a telescope.
Sean Knight looked in the direction pointed out by Douglas Cooper and saw that it was a work boat—similar to the Marine police or patrol vessels.
Sean Knight immediately turned to Lincoln Harrington and asked,
"Are we in international waters or a neighboring country's territorial sea right now?"
Lincoln Harrington took out his mobile phone to check and said,
"We are on the boundary between international waters and another country's maritime territory... it's difficult to distinguish."
