The sentry's alert voice woke Sean Knight up.
When he came out of the tent, he found Elijah Hastings and his two companions already outside, and the team members had all emerged as well.
"Two leopards, I think." The night watchman said uncertainly, "They were darting between the trees, and no matter what I threw to scare them off, they just wouldn't leave."
"There are leopards here?" Douglas Cooper frowned, "Are you sure you didn't see it wrong? Could it be some other creature?"
"It should be a leopard." the team member replied, "I saw the patterns on its body..."
"The Northeast also has leopards." Sean Knight said, "Northeast leopards! But how did it appear here, and why won't it leave..."
As he spoke, Sean Knight had already utilized Sky Eye to scan the area.
Indeed, he saw a leopard on a nearby tree, licking its front paw.

The leopard seemed to feel Sean Knight's gaze and glanced this way before dashing off to a distance.
