Sean Knight didn't ask the question until he had finished exploring all three floors and had come outside of the castle:
"How much for this castle?"
He was mentally prepared to be hit with an astronomical asking price.
After all, it was an ancient artifact from 300 years ago, and according to the agent's description, it was a "heritage property" that might still have living descendants of the original builder.
Just look at the castles in Europe associated with vampire legends with so many restrictions, yet they still sell for such high prices! And they don't even allow renovations!
The agent quoted a price that took Sean Knight by surprise:
"550,000 dollars."
In Sean Knight's mind, this price seemed too low.
It wouldn't even cover the cost of the land, right?
