Although the gates were opened and closed swiftly, Elijah still noticed that inside there were two uniformed guards without guns—because firearms are prohibited in Malaysia, unless one has a gun license.
"The items in the car are not light," Douglas said quietly. "Both the driver and the co-driver are very vigilant."
