With just these two mines, the current income makes it very easy for Sean Knight to invest in several factories, which is why he agreed so readily.
But this doesn't mean he's a pushover who can be easily manipulated.
Right now, Sean's relations with the tribes nearby the base are very good. So he wasn't afraid that unpleasantness with Henija would lead to any undesirable consequences.
At worst, he would simply stop expanding in that direction—it was something meant to be the icing on the cake, and it wasn't essential.
Henija could tell what Sean meant and after thinking it over, he said,
"Mr. Knight, how about this? Give me a day or two, and I'll coordinate things. After all, this matter is very important—I know it's very important. We are also very clear about Mr. Knight's support, and we won't let you down."
Sean grunted twice and hung up the phone.
In fact, he wasn't that concerned about it, but he still needed to make his stance clear.
