It wasn't evening yet, and it wouldn't be appropriate for Cheryl and Sean to be doing "that" during the daytime, so they went to the lakeside to see why James had decided to set up the campsite there.
Around them were tall earthen platforms or stone platforms, and below at the lakeside there was less than two meters of sandy beach, then came the lake water.
There was a gentle slope in the distance, but it seemed like there were people moving around there.
