Hearing this tone, Sean Knight felt a faint disdain.
"No, I started from scratch," Sean Knight said calmly, "I'm a Treasure Hunter."
The man nodded, withdrawing that bit of disdain. Anyone who could make it on their own should at the very least not be looked down upon, after all.
"Sorry, many of the young, wealthy people I've dealt with from your area either have parents who are officials or merchants," the gentleman confessed, an unusual lack of arrogance in his voice, even offering an explanation, "You're impressive. So, what's your take on the current situation?"
"I own an oil field," Sean Knight didn't hide it, "So, I think the current situation is a good thing for me."
"All right. You really are different from the others." The gentleman nodded, "You'll be more successful—my name is Harrison Denver, a friend of this manor's master. It's a pleasure to meet a young man like you.
