Our veterans have learned a lifetime of skills in the army but when they return to society, aside from becoming security guards, there are few options that match their expertise. To put it bluntly, heroes have no scope to utilize their abilities.

"Then I'm clear on that," Sean acknowledged with a knowing look. "However, just having people is not enough. Without some impressive hardware to keep the peace, I'm not confident. Plus, don't they need recognition?"
