He greeted the sentry and quickly walked towards the ancient city.
The watchtower commander thought Sean wanted to explore the ancient city at night and sent a sentry to follow him while he and the other sentries continued their patrol.
When Sean reached the city gate entrance, he still saw nothing amiss.
He simply jumped onto the Anubis statue to get a better look inside the city.
Then, he was in for a shock!
From within the city, swarms of Poisonous Snakes and poisonous insects emerged, crawling towards them!
These snakes and insects kept to their own sides of the road as if abiding by an unspoken rule, advancing in unison.
Occasionally, a snake would try to cross over to the beetle's territory, only to be promptly called back by some kind of controller.
The snakes were now less than 100 meters away from the city gate!
Sean took a deep breath, then turned to look at the sentry and said in a serious tone,
