Elder Hassan had arranged the transportation of the first batch of supplies when Elder Kaman came hurriedly with his people.
"You sure brought a lot of people!" Elder Hassan said with a laugh as he looked at the two hundred people accompanying Elder Kaman, "Now we can transport all the supplies back in one go."
"Leave the transportation work to them; I need to talk to you about something important." Elder Kaman glanced around, only spotting Clarence Hughes, who was checking the supplies, then pulled Elder Hassan to one side and asked:
"Where are those people from China?"
"They've gone into the mountain for a look around. There's not much for them to do here." Elder Hassan pointed in the direction where James Ross and his group had left.
"I'm planning to keep them here," Elder Kaman said in a lowered voice, serious in his intent, "If we do, it could bring our tribe another substantial income."
