Apparently, the warrior recognized Sean Knight and his companions.
When the car approached the end of the village, Elder Iman and Edgar and other warriors came to greet them.
"It's great that you're all safe and sound," Elder Iman said to Sean with a smile, "So many people went into the desert before, and most of them disappeared. We were all worried about you."
Iman and the people in the village could tell that Sean and his friends genuinely cared.
Sean laughed and said:
"We had good luck. We found an underground river and encountered no dangers, but we didn't find the Divine Temple."
They decided to stick to the story of not finding it.
It wasn't that they wanted to hide the discovery of the treasure, but rather that they couldn't be sure if the enemy's accomplices would show up here eventually.
It was better to be cautious!
"If you didn't find it, you didn't find it. We still have some gemstones here, and we can continue to trade with you," Iman said.
