"We'll climb the mountain early tomorrow, let's get some food and have a good rest."
Douglas Cooper had been extremely excited since he dug out the candlestick:
"Boss, there's a water pit ahead, shall we go and have a look?"
"No need." Sean wondered what could be interesting about a water pit.
"Wild animals might come to drink water at night, be careful." Elijah Hastings warned.
Douglas Cooper patted his gun and said carelessly:
"Why be afraid? We have this!"
Then he asked Lincoln Harrington:
"Lincoln, do you want to go and have a look?"
"Alright, I'll go set some traps to see if we can catch something for tomorrow's meal," Lincoln said, taking a piece of wire from his backpack. "Let's go."
The two walked towards the water pit.
Meanwhile, Sean and the others were preparing dinner.
Although the outdoor conditions were simple, three meals a day still had to be properly prepared.
They set up a gas stove, cooked porridge, cut luncheon meat, and opened a few cans of fish.
