They walked several kilometers along the mountain and arrived at the place Sean Knight had confirmed earlier.
He remembered facing several dangers here, but in the end, they were all resolved.
Whether human or insect, those who were still alive in the end were them.
The car drove into an open space, a place that had not been affected by the previous small skirmish.
"Let's camp here tonight," Sean said to Edward Shermer. "There are quite a few shrubs around, and lots of snakes, insects, rodents, and even wolves. This open space is relatively rare, and the location is appropriate."
"Alright," Edward Shermer wasn't unfamiliar with camping outdoors either, so he agreed readily. "It's just that finding water sources is difficult."
"We're an exploration team after all, not working here long-term," Sean laughed. "If we need to work long-term, there's a river within ten kilometers nearby. If needed, digging a well isn't out of the question."
