Oscar Knight was also helping out here and saw Sean Knight bring over a piece of smoked meat. He laughed and asked:
"What, planning to cook some meat with vegetables?"
"This is deer meat, it's warm in nature, perfect for a cold night like this."
Actually, tiger meat is also warm in nature, but its fibers are too coarse. Sean thinks deer meat is better.
"Let me do it!" Oscar Knight, who hadn't contributed much, took over and said while examining it, "I cook a lot at home recently, and Grandfather says my cooking skills are pretty good."
"Then I'll leave it to you." Sean smiled; there was no need to argue over such a matter. He saw that the meat slices his brother cut with the knife left here were almost uniform in thickness and nodded, realizing that his brother had put effort into it.
The dinner was sumptuous, and everyone enjoyed it very much.
When it was time to take turns on night duty, Oscar wanted to join but was tactfully rejected by Elijah Hastings.
