So the matter was settled like that.
Lana Brown hung up the phone and saw Sean Knight finishing peeling the shell of a big lobster. She looked up just in time to meet his gaze, so he politely raised the lobster meat towards her.
Lana smiled and nodded, and Sean put the lobster meat in her bowl.
At that moment, Lana made a decision.
After hanging up the call, she casually placed the satellite phone aside, walked to the table, and asked Sean:
"Mr. Knight, if I'm unemployed here, can you take me in?"
"Take you in?" Sean was a bit surprised, waving his hand, "How can I take you in? I don't have any jobs here, and I don't need any assistants or business managers or anything like that. Your Brown family is so big and rich, can't they find a place for you?"
"I just want to work for you!" Lana half-whined, "Look at your big island, I think Manager Connor Price is right!"
