After carrying out a "biochemical" attack, Sean Knight didn't make any more moves.

Then call Robert and have him investigate that Indian Chief Kicapoo and this white person Beltran.
Beltran is most likely a treasure hunter. You wait there for Robert's call, and when he finds out more information, you call Kathy Lewis.
Just tell her my instructions: to have her lawyer inform Beltran's company that they are illegally operating on my land, and to leave as soon as possible."
When Sean suggested this, Elijah shook his head and said:
"Boss, I think you should go back to the base. We will keep watch here and make sure they don't successfully salvage anything."
Sean shook his head and said:
"I want to stay here to see where they are salvaging and to find out where they discovered something underwater…"
