Sean Knight and Caprio Parker ultimately parted ways unhappily.
Caprio clearly took advantage of his local boss status and the fact that there was no signed contract between them, so he bullied Sean.
Facing dozens of workers at Caprio's construction site, Sean didn't fight back. In fact, if he really wanted to, he could easily take out the weapons in his spatial realm and knock all these guys down in minutes.
