After sending Sean and his group away, Delton went to the fourth floor of the palace.
By the window of a room facing the outside, a young girl in a long dress was watching Sean and his friends with mixed feelings.
"Dear sister, aren't you going to meet them?" Delton's gossiping flames were burning brightly, "That Sean Knight seems to have a good temperament; maybe he's from a noble family too."
"Their country has long abolished nobility," said the girl, turning to face Delton. "Or perhaps many people in their country are descendants of nobles, even descendants of the emperor."
"Then, there's no problem with status and identity. What else are you worried about?" Delton shrugged. "Your situation is much better than our sister's."
"But I don't know how to face him." The girl was adjusting her long dress uncomfortably; she rarely wore such "formal" attire and was not used to it.
