The second-hand mobile phone provided some extra cash, Howard Richardson waved his hand:
"This money is just for you and me to have fun these few days! Try to spend it all in these few days!"
"I don't have that plan." Sean Knight shook his head:
"Once your Uncle Richardson's matter is settled, I will need to go back to deal with my official business."
Howard complained:
"You are so rich now, why do you make yourself so tired? Can't you just calm down and enjoy life?"
Sean was speechless.
At first glance, what Howard said makes some sense.
But isn't what he's doing now a way to enjoy life?
Using his own abilities (superpowers also count as abilities, no rebuttal allowed), find good stuff, and then put these things in the right place, to play their due role.
That sense of accomplishment cannot be compared to simple external pleasures.
Of course, there's no way to communicate with Howard on this issue.
