After visiting the totem pillar, Sean Knight got a pile of real estate properties and a check in return.
Sean thought it was quite worth it.
"Now, there's finally money for taxes!" he exclaimed.
At the moment, he was in his study room, with Kathy Lewis by his side.
"Not only do we have enough for taxes, but there will also be some leftover," Kathy said. "Moreover, I have checked, and these villas and farmhouses are excellent assets and worth holding long-term."
"Are we going to hold them long-term?" Sean asked, somewhat surprised. "I originally planned to sell them."
"I wouldn't advise that," Kathy shook her head. "Selling them would mean paying a large amount of taxes, making it hard to find such excellent assets again."
Sean hesitated a little.
"Right now, the economy is not very good, and many people are holding real estate, waiting and watching. Excellent assets will be snatched up quickly."
Although Kathy was a butler, she was far better versed in economics than Sean.
