George set the meeting place at a restaurant in New York City.
George cut his steak as he spoke to Sean Knight:
"The beef at this place comes from my ranch, so you should taste it. My ranch's beef is quite good!"
Sean had already mastered the use of a knife and fork.
As he cut his beef, he asked:
"About this treasure hunt …"
George stuffed a piece of meat into his mouth, chewed a few times, swallowed it, and then smiled and said:
"Youngsters are so impatient."
He then took a piece of paper out of his pocket and put it on the table for Sean:
"The clues are all on this paper. However, you need to know that you will bear all the costs for finding the treasure. If the treasure is found, the provider of the clues will get a twenty percent share."
Sean nodded.
"Then, let's sign this." George wiped his mouth with a napkin and pulled out another piece of paper:
"This is the contract."
