When Sean Knight stood outside the university gate with a bouquet of flowers, leaning against his car waiting for Joanna Davis, he didn't pay much attention to the man in the nearby luxury car who let out a snicker.
Sean glanced at him but said nothing.
This man probably thought Sean's car and clothes were both very low-class, hence the laughter.
Sean couldn't be bothered with such a superficial person. He had just called Joanna and knew she would be out soon.
Shortly after, Joanna came out with two other girls. Upon seeing Sean, she excitedly ran over to him.
Out of the corner of his eye, Sean noticed the other girl go to the man with the luxury car, laughing.
By Sean's aesthetic standards, that girl's looks were a little subpar compared to Joanna's.
Joanna was quite beautiful, scoring at least a 9 in Sean's book and could only be roughly compared to Monica Brown.
Surprised and delighted to receive the roses, Joanna hugged Sean and then they both got into the car.
