Sean immediately called Joanna.
After dozens of seconds, Joanna picked up the phone in a low voice and said,
"Dear, I'm in class!"
"Oh, sorry!" Sean replied quickly, "I'm sending you a picture that you can show your parents. I believe that after they see it, at least for a short period they won't force you to break up with me. I'll keep thinking of a solution…"
"Really?" Joanna was excited about the surprise, "Send it quickly! By the way, whose picture is it?"
"Deputy Governor Edward."
"Really?" Joanna wasn't an idiot, naturally she knew what the picture represented.
"I'll send it now, you continue with your class."
Sean sent the picture and sighed with relief.
A crisis was temporarily resolved.
Although this wasn't the ultimate solution, it could still buy some time.
Seeing that Sean was fine, Jason asked,
"Boss, are we going to the warehouse today?"
Sean thought for a moment and asked,
"By the way, did you find any clues about that matter?"
