In the dream realm, he doesn't have this problem. Right now, his best record is 524 thrusts in two hours. And he also has to make a big pause when thrusting his spear.
However, in the dream realm, he could consistently get a thousand thrusts in 2 hours. Without any break or running out of breath, it's expected to be faster than in real life. MIhcael thurst his 543rd time and take a break. His stamina is improving further than before and at this rate, he would be able to do a thousand one hour thousand thrust in about 2 mounts.
