In this world, some races are naturally long-lived. Dragons, elves of any ethnicity, vampires, and liquid spirits are among the longest-lived, though even within these, there are differences. Dragons are naturally the longest-lived, followed by the light elves.
Still, they are not immortal, so eventually, they too will meet death. However, there is a commonality even among humans—those with the shortest natural lives—that the stronger they are, the longer their lifespan.
