Once Andrew finished telling Ifiris everything that had happened, Ifiris again bowed respectfully and thanked him. Andrew knew that all the elves were being respectful to them because the old man Vilmon had brought them, but the false respect did not go to his head. He was clear that everything was an act because they possessed divinity without being demigods.
Oliver and the others were still ignorant of this, but Andrew as he had heard the explanation of Fluffy, knew that the elves at some point would ask about this issue and there things could get dangerous.
