Jungkook's POV
"Your sister doesn't have the viral meningitis, it's just the non-viral type that she has."
The doctor tells me as he tells me the results of my sister's spinal tap a few days ago. "I believe the day after tomorrow, she can be discharged." He adds on.
As the doctor passes me some of my sister's medical test results and quietly leaves after finishing what he has to tell me, the head nurse just finish her daily checks on my sister.
"She's all good. Didn't suffer any side effects from the spinal tap." The head nurse smiles to me and takes her leave once she is done with her usual checks.
I sat on the edge of the bed looking at my sister. She just gave me a smile. "You. are. resting. up. whether. you. like. it. or. not." I pinch her nose for every word I have said.
"I know" She softly giggles. "How are you feeling now?" I asked her. "Better than anything." She smiles. "Good." I patted her head smiling.
The door knocked a few times and it was the nurse bringing in food for her. "Not again, fish porridge…" She looks at the bowl pouting when the nurse left.
"Me not gonna eat any fish porridge after this any time soon." She tells me as she just quietly eat the food. "I know." I say. "And you're not going to ditch practice tomorrow." She then tells me.
"Sorry but I'm ditching." I rolled my tongue at her before leaving a message in the group chat.
"And whos going to stop me?" I ask her. She just pouted at me. "Fine. You can accompany me." She then gives in
I smile. "Then how about the cafe?" She then asks me. "Still rest for these week or two, I will help you pay Bora and Inhye their salaries." I tell her.
"Then if that's the case, remind me to pay you when the next payday comes." She tells me
"You dont need to pay me." I tell her. "But-" She was about to go some more when I cut her off. "No buts here." I tell her feeding her the annoying fish porridge with her spoon
She pulls a face when she eats it. It was so cute that I can't help laughing.
"Yummy?" I tease. She shook her head with a duck pout. "Sorry." I apologise. We were thinking of what to do with the fish porridge when the members come in much to my shock.
"Guess whose ditching with you?!" Jimin cheered. "You!" I say laughing. "AND US!" RM cheered before he got kicked in by Jin.
I just laugh, so does my sister. "SEOKJIN HYUNG!" RM whines at Jin loudly.
"You're behaving like a weird old dad, the nurses are laughing!" Jin says going in as I can hear some nurses laughing
"Are you okay?" I ask. "A little" RM shyly chuckles as V also comes in putting a fruit basket on the bedside table.
"I guess your managers won't mind you guys ditching." My sister giggles at us
"They are fine with it." Jimin says. "I see" she nods her head understanding.
"Just wondering though, how's my brother with you guys?" My sister then suddenly asks him about me. "Loud, funny, caring." Many answers was said. I can't help blushing until it's Suga's turn to speak up.
"Naughty" He teasingly answers. I just laugh. "I see you got a wild tail~" My sister covers her mouth giggling at me
"Maybe." I say giggling. "Maybe you need to be here often so he can mature and behave like man~" Jin teasingly tells Junghwa while looking at me.
I just smile. My sister then looks at me. "You have a 2nd side! This is exciting!" She cheers but it only lasted for a while until the nurse brought her medicine in
"Again??" She whines. The nurse just laughs.
"Antibiotics which you still have to take after you're discharged, calcium medicine, iron medicine, magnesium medicine." The nurse laughs a little before explaining to my sister her medicine
"Okay." She says. She just obediently take everything before the nurse happily takes the empty cups and leave us alone.
"Maybe when I finish the whole medicine course, I can make a mountain of the boxes." She suggests cheekily
"Maybe." I say. After a while of chatting of laughter, Junghwa was getting sleepy though she denies it
"Get some sleep." I say. She just rubs her eyes and lies on the bed. I tuck her in under the blankets. "Good morning nighty~" She softly yet cutely yawned
"Good morning nighty." We all softly say giggling as she softly fall asleep.
-A Few Days Later-
"I want to pack!"
My sister whines when I just pack the bag for her discharge. I step and let her pack.
"Happy now?" I asked my sister when she is done. She nods her head.
"Good." I smile. We then left the hospital only to be greeted by some fans who wanted my autograph, scaring Junghwa a little.
"Maybe later." I tell the fans, pulling away to Manager Yang's car.
I can see my sister is still scared even after the engine has already begun as her grip around me is quite tight.
"Are you okay?" I ask getting her to look at me. "A little scared." She says softly.
"Hug me." I say and she does so. Just as she eventually falls asleep again, I got a message from the members asking about Junghwa and whether they can once again crash into my apartment
I just send the thumbs up. "You are such a sweet brother, you're gonna make good headlines." Yang says to me as he drives.
"I can make good headlines as long as people don't drag Junghwa into it." I said to him softly.
He nods, agreeing. It took a short while to reach my place and my sister woke up while we're in the elevator. "Good sleep?" I ask her. She nods her head. "Good" I giggled.
When the elevator reached the floor I lived, to my shock, the members are already outside. I unlock the door and let them in.
"Jen!!!" V and Jimin are playing with my sister the moment I put her down whilst I go and put my sister's bag in her room
I hear her laughing. 'I hope shes having fun' i think smiling.
I then put the bag and went out to my sister pulling me by the shirt. "Watch netflix with us please~" She softly says pulling the hem of my shirt cutely
"Okaie." I smile at how cute she is being. "Now I know how we can get cute Jen? Just crash into Jungkook's apartment!" JHope suggests as we all set up the Netflix and have fun for the rest of the day
